ISO Certified
 In addition to the ISO 9001 certificate Kornelis Caps & Closures recently obtained the ISO 22000 certificate for its food safety management.
 
Inmould Label
 Kornelis Caps & Closures introduces a new 70 mm SP400 cap with the possibility to integrate an PP pre printed in-mould label. The label and cap will fuse during the injection moulding process. With the in-mould label the top of the cap can be decorated with high quality printing and gives you the opportunity to customise a standard cap.
 
 
E-CAP: Good Industrial Design
 An independent Dutch jury recently acknowledge the E-cap to be a good industrial design. To receive this acknowledgment the E-cap was judged on functionality, innovative properties, design and choice of material. As the E-cap met all these criteria the jury acknowledge the E-cap to be a good industrial design in the category Food & Retail!

 Our new E-cap in combination with translucent materials and colours. Combined with a printed liner you can give your packaging a brand new image. The E-cap is a new range of light weight twist-off caps with an economic design and cost-efficient to produce.

New liner with pull tab
 

Kornelis Caps & Closures introduces a new liner with pull tab. It can be cut in a range of diameters and is suitable for glass, PP, PE en PET jars & bottles. The liner can be printed in different colours. Also possible to print in your own brand.

 
Metallized caps
 To give a distinguished look to your packaging, Kornelis offers the opportunity of metallized and spray caps. The result is beautiful with a glossy or matt finish on our standard range or tailor made caps. New in this range is a tailor made design for coffee with a black cap in combination with a spray coated silver cover to hide the egde of the sleeve. This combination with a high quality metal look has a printed induction heatseal liner for tamper evidence.
 
 
New 'clean peel' induction foil
 Kornelis introduces a new peelable induction foil, with a pull tab.
This induction foil is clean peelable. It can be cut in a range of diameters and is suitable for glass, PP, PE en PET jars & bottles.
 
Sprinkler caps
 "Slide & Sprinkle" is our latest development and a free model. Available in different sizes: 63 mm Screw cap, 77 mm Twist Off cap and an 82 mm Twist Off cap.
